Privacy policy.
We collect only what you send us and basic site-usage data. We use it to answer you, quote, deliver and service. We never sell it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete it.
Who we are

What we collect
- What you give us: name, company, phone or WhatsApp number, email, what you are bonding, your message; for orders and service, billing and delivery details, GSTIN, gun model, serial number and photos.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
- When you send the enquiry form: the page you sent it from, and how you first reached the site on that visit (for example a search engine, or typing the address). Your browser keeps this only for that visit and sends it only with your enquiry.
- Basic usage data when you browse: pages visited, which contact buttons you tap (WhatsApp, call, email) and whether an enquiry was sent through the form (never what you type), device and browser, approximate location (from IP address), and how pages are used (clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement, with anything typed into forms hidden), collected through analytics cookies; our host also logs IP addresses for security.
Why we use it
To reply to enquiries, prepare quotations, process and deliver orders, provide warranty and service, keep tax and accounting records the law requires, keep the site secure, and understand which pages help visitors. We may also send occasional product and service updates by email or WhatsApp to people who have contacted us; every message tells you how to stop them.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run parts of our business for us: our customer database (HubSpot), email and the record of enquiries sent through the form (Google Workspace), site analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), website hosting, security, visitor statistics that use no cookies, and the spam check on the form (Cloudflare), WhatsApp. Some of them store data outside India.
- Reka Klebetechnik, Germany: only the gun and fault details needed for a warranty or repair.
- Transporters: your delivery name, address and phone.
- Authorities, where the law requires.
We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the purpose above; invoices and tax records for as long as Indian tax law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask for a summary of the data we hold, correct or update it, have it erased (except what the law requires us to keep), withdraw consent, and nominate someone to act for you. Write to info@mahisa.com; we will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Cookies
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) help us see which pages are useful and where visitors get stuck. Microsoft Clarity shows us clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement as heatmaps and visit replays; anything typed into forms is hidden from it. Each is set only if you say yes to it in the cookie choice shown on your first visit: you can accept both, choose one, or decline both. What the site needs to work, stay secure and remember your choice is always on. “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page changes your choice at any time, and a no removes the analytics cookies this site already set. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards: HTTPS everywhere, access limited to staff who need it.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.

We will update this page and its date when our practices change.
