How a sale works
The website shows products, prices and guidance. It does not take orders or payments. You enquire; we send a quotation or proforma invoice; a contract exists only when we confirm your order in writing. The terms printed on our quotation, proforma invoice and invoice are the full terms of sale and prevail over anything on this website.
Prices
In Indian rupees, ex-works Mumbai, excluding GST (charged at the prevailing rate). Packing & forwarding and freight are extra. Prices are valid until the date shown on the site (31 Dec 2026); after that, contact us for current prices. We may correct any error in a price or description before we confirm an order.
Payment
Guns: 50% advance with your order and 50% before dispatch. Spares and accessories: 100% before dispatch. Payment by NEFT, RTGS or cheque to our account. The full GST amount is payable before dispatch.
Delivery and risk
See shipping and delivery. Risk passes to you when the goods leave our premises; ownership passes when we have received full payment.
Recommendations
Our suggestions on guns, nozzles and adhesives are based on what you tell us and are starting points, not guarantees. Please trial the adhesive on your own material before production use.
Warranty

Liability
Our total liability is limited to the invoice value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost production or profit.
