Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and goods once sold are not taken back. Damage in transit and manufacturing defects are handled promptly.
Returns
Goods once sold are not taken back or exchanged. Nozzles, spares and consumables are non-returnable.
Damaged or short on arrival
Report within 7 days with photos (see shipping and delivery) and we will make it right.
Defects
Covered under the warranty.
Cancellation
Orders are final once placed. Any exception is at our discretion, in writing, and recovers the costs already incurred; for standard products up to 30% of the order value may be charged as restocking and handling.
